We advised the CEO on the divesture and sale process at a large logistics business. This included sales due diligence, standalone operating model design and the interim management to stand-up and stabilise the new business. We helped achieve a higher sale price by removing ambiguity and streamlining the separation execution.
Program turnaround
We turned around this failing program to merge 8 legacy technology divisions into a next-generation technology operating model with corresponding technology platforms. This reduced the cost of doing business and enabled organisational innovation and agility.
Omni-channel Strategy
We developed the omni-channel strategy and architecture for a large international retailer. This included designing the business model, operating model and transformation roadmap. Our client gained competitive advantage and combatted digital disruption in the retail sector with the introduction of innovative capabilities.
